Common Questions About badaihoki Terms & Conditions

Yes. These Terms are binding once you click 'I agree' during signup. We recommend reviewing the Account Rules, Payment & Withdrawal and Dispute Resolution sections first. If you have questions, chat with our support team before creating your account.

No. Multiple accounts from one person are prohibited under these Terms. We detect duplicate accounts using verification data and will close all but one, forfeiting any balances. Use one account per person permanently.

Breaches range from minor (incorrect profile info) to severe (account manipulation, bonus abuse). Minor breaches trigger a warning and correction. Severe breaches result in account suspension or permanent closure, with remaining balance withheld pending investigation.

We can update these Terms, but you'll receive 30 days' notice by email. You have the right to close your account if you disagree with changes. If you continue playing after the new date, you've accepted the updated Terms.

Log into badaihoki, go to Account Settings > Close Account and follow the steps. Confirm your decision and any remaining balance will be returned to your original payment method (DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS) within 10 business days.

Open a dispute via your Account Help Centre or email [email protected] with 'Dispute' in the subject. Include your transaction ID, date and reason. Our disputes team will investigate and respond within 7 business days with findings.

These Terms are written for Indonesia and supported regions where local law permits. If you're outside those regions, you're not permitted to open an account. Regional variations are noted in the Jurisdiction section of the full Terms document.
